Disciplined Life Without Routine

To complete all your daily works in time, you have to follow a daily routine. A routine is quite important for leading your life in a disciplined way. But there are some people who in spite of trying again and again, cannot lead their lives following a routine. Well, this write up is for those people.
You don’t always need to follow a routine to lead disciplined life. You can complete all you work in time and have leisure time as well even without following a routine. You can maintain good relation with others too. You can make your life better following some simple tips without a routine.

Prefer your interest:
Don’t do anything forcibly. Do what you love. Start your day with the works that you love to do. The works you don’t like should be done just after completing the ones you love. If you love gardening and hate doing the laundry, complete the work in the garden first and then do the laundry.

Take breaks:
Take a break after each work is done and then start another one. For example, after working for 30 minutes, take a break for 5-10 minutes. In your break time, take rest and entertainment. You can listen to songs, watch TV, read books or do anything you like. But be careful not to pressurize your brain. Don’t do anything that creates tiredness. For example, don’t play games or don’t do physical exercise.

Balance works:
Start the day with an easy work. It should be anything you love to do. Complete the light and easy works after the heavy and hard ones. Balance the works in your own way.

Keep time for yourself:
Keep some time for yourself. Do anything you like in this time. That maybe reading a book or using internet, going out or cooking a dish you love.

Stay Connected:
Keep yourself connected with others. Maintain good relation with everyone. Find some time to phone some of your relatives, friends and known ones every day. Visit them if possible. Keep some time to attend different social programs, family parties and other ceremonies. Don’t detach yourself from the society.

Encourage creativity:
Do at least one creative work every day. That might be anything- writing, painting, making anything etc. This will encourage you and increase your interest in doing other works.

Judge yourself:
Judge yourself at the end of the day. Analyze your works.  Analyze the result of all your work, success or failure- whatever it is. Find out the reasons of failure and analyze them. Thank yourself for being successful to complete any work. This will encourage you for doing better next time.
